Step 3: Pre-Treatment & Ice Prevention

Prior to snowfall or freezing rain, we apply salt, calcium blends, or sand mixes to prevent ice bonding, reduce slip hazards, and make all surfaces easier and safer to clear.

Step 4: Snow Removal & Walkway Care

Our crews plow driveways, parking lots, and access roads while hand-shoveling walkways, steps, entrances, and ramps to ensure every pedestrian and vehicle path remains clear and safe.

Step 5: Post-Storm Ice Control

After the storm ends, we return for refreeze checks, apply additional salt or sand, and address slick spots in shaded or high-traffic areas to maintain ongoing safety.
